WOD 110418 Monday

Three rounds for time of:
Run 100 meters
50 Push-ups
Run 100 meters
50 Sit-ups
Run 100 meters
50 Squats
Run 100 meters
50 Back extensions

I think I need to let you in on a secret. Some days are going to SUCK!! One day you are going to wake up and be late, be in a bad mood, overwhelmed, or just plain tired, and it’s going to be one of those days that you just can’t shake. Your WOD time will suffer and that will probably just add to your frustration. We all have these kind of days. I found this quote that you should write down and put it somewhere you can find it when you are having one of those days.
