For Time and For Fun:

800m Run
50 Push-Ups
100 Sit-Ups
200 Squats

Partion the push-ups, sit-ups and squats as needed.

Make some goals today and plan to rock them into the new year. Get your mind right and get your body tight. Lets ROCK 2013!!!!!
