WOD 20130320 Wednesday

For Weight:

Floor Press 5X5

For Rounds:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
75/45 pound Shoulder press, 4 reps
75/45 pound Sumo deadlift high-pull, 8 reps
75/45  pound Front squat, 12 reps

This is a light weight, I want to see a lot of rounds posted.
