WOD 20130521 Tuesday

For Time:

“Love your BALL”

This entire WOD is performed with a med ball: 20/14#

If the ball touches the ground at anytime during WOD you must yell “yeah burpees” and execute 3 burpees!!

3 Rounds:

30 OH Lunge
30 Wall Balls
30  Sit-ups (ball CAN NOT rest on floor, must be touch and go. If rest is needed must sit up with ball in lap)
