WOD 20130705 Friday


So here is a WOD you can do at home.

For Time:

“Modified Murph”

Run 1 Mile
100 HSPU
200 Sit-Ups
300 Squata
Run 1 Mile

Partitioning the exercises is allowed, partitioning the run is NOT. If you need to modify the HSPU remember a chair, couch, ottoman all work work in place of a pylo box. Have Fun and see you Monday.
