**REMEMBER WE WILL BE CLOSED SATURDAY AND MONDAY FOR THE LABOR DAY HOLIDAY. WE WILL OPEN TUESDAY WITH NORMAL SCHEDULE.**

For Weight:

15 min to find 1RM Front Squat

For Time:

Ground to Overhead = 3000 pounds

Pick one weight increment and lift it GTO till you reach the 3000# mark.

EX:

45# = 67 reps
95# = 32 reps
135# = 23 reps
155# = 20 reps…..
