For ME Reps

Tabata Mountain Climbers 8/20/10

Conditioning:

4 rounds for total working time of:

30 KB Swings 24/16kg
15 Burpees
40 Double-Unders

Rest 2 Min between rounds. 

Because of the built in rest the rounds should be an all out sprint. 3-2-1 GO!!!
