5 OH Squat 135/95#
6 One Arm KB Snatch (Alt)
7 Mountain Climbers (Rt, Lt=1)
8 Wall Walks

This works just like the 12 Days of Christmas, Start with whatever day your on and work your way back down the ladder, through all 8 days.
