Strength: 

Half Squat

Stop just above parallel, stand all the way up.  Training that sticky point.

Get a heavy set of 3.

 Conditioning:

EMOM 10 Min

8 Kettlebell Swings 55/45#
8 Box Jumps 24/20″

(both movements same minute)

Immediately into

10 Min EMOM

8 Box Jumps
Max Reps Handstand Push Ups.

(both movements same minute)

 

Rest a few minutes….

 Post WOD

3 Attempts for Max Reps Each Time

Pull Ups
