WOD 20140319 Wednesday

Strength:

20×3 Back Squat

 Do not go to a true 20RM, but try to get close. Percentages will vary, but typically somewhere between 65-70% is a decent guess for loading. Rest 90 sec between rounds. 

Conditioning:

20 minute AMRAP of:

40 Double-Unders
20 Overhead Barbell Walking Lunges 75/55#
10 Burpee Pull Ups
