Strength:

Tabata Russian Twists

Conditioning:

Group A:

10 rounds for time of:
5 pull-ups
5 push-ups

Rest 2 Mins

Group B:

2 rounds for time of:
25 wall-ball shots, 20/14#
25 box jumps, 24/20″

This WOD will be performed in 2 close to equal (ability) groups. At 3-2-1 Go! both groups will start simultaneously. Which ever group finishes 1st will perform Singles (jump rope) until the other group is finished. Both groups will rest the 2 mins at the same time, then switch places and go again.
