5 Dead Lifts 135/95#
7 Burpees

Rest 30 sec then Swap

5 Box Jumps 24/20″
7 Sit ups

Rest 30 Sec then Swap

5 Power Cleans 135/95#
7 Laying Led Raises

Rest 30 Sec then Swap

5 Push Ups
7 Wall Balls

This is to be done as teams of 2-3. Find a partner/trio where all you can do the same weight throughout the WOD. There will not be time to change weights in the middle of the WOD. Everyone needs to complete EVERY station.
