Conditioning:

13 Min AMRAP

10 Burpee box jumps, 20/24″
10 Squat cleans 115/75#

Homework:

Broccoli-Quinoa Casserole with Chicken and Cheddar

Obviously make this how you want, but I made a few changes to make it more zone/paleo friendly.

Used coconut milk instead to 1% milk
Used fresh broccoli (did have to pre-steam it)
Subbed olive oil mayo, not canola mayo
Instead of boneless chicken breast, I used a rotisserie chicken from Costco
Also doubled the recipe, I like to have extra for quick meals
